Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Python development to design and build scalable backend services, REST APIs, data pipelines, and data-driven applications. The role involves working with modern Python frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, and data-processing technologies. The candidate will also mentor 2-3 junior developers and support task planning, technical guidance, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
Design and integrate REST APIs for business applications.
Build data pipelines using Python, SQL, and PySpark.
Work with PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases.
Develop data-driven and intelligent product features.
Use pandas for data processing and analysis.
Work with Redis for caching and performance optimization.
Deploy and manage applications using Docker and CI/CD.
Work with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
Mentor and guide 2-3 junior developers.
Support task planning, code reviews, troubleshooting, and delivery.
Follow best practices for coding, security, scalability, and system design.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with both FastAPI and Flask.
Experience in building data-driven applications.
Knowledge of cloud-based application deployment.
Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
Understanding of application performance, scalability, and system design.
