Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior AI Enablement Engineer with hands-on experience in AI accelerator toolchains and AI-adjacent kernel optimisation. The ideal candidate brings exposure to NPU/DSP accelerators and strong programming skills for kernel-level work.

Key Responsibilities
Work on AI-adjacent kernel optimisation
Engage with NPU/DSP accelerator development and exposure
Implement and optimize models using AI accelerator toolchains


Required Skills &amp; Experience
Hands-on experience with at least one AI accelerator toolchain: Qualcomm AI Engine, TI C7x/TDA4x, NVIDIA GPUs, MediaTek APU, or similar
Strong Python; C/C++ for kernel-level work
Working knowledge of ONNX, TFLite, PyTorch model formats
Understanding of quantisation techniques (INT8, FP16, mixed precision, etc.)
Familiarity with embedded Linux, RTOS, or bare-metal environments</description>
